We were able to build one of the largest grain silo systems in Germany for a well-known milling company. The 14 grain silos each have a volume of 16,000 m³. As a general contractor, we carried out all the trades – from planning and assembly to turnkey handover. The assembly time for each silo was only around four weeks.Some specifications of the silo system:

• Total storage capacity of 168,000 t of wheat
• 4 x direct mill feeding with 50 t / h each – 14 silos DN 24.50 m, total
• height 33.27 m – 16,000 m3 content per silo (12,000 t wheat)
• 2 receiving gutters with 400 t / h each
• 2 x retrieval / relocation with 200 t / h each
• 4 aspirators with 225 t / h each
• 2x storage by means of TKF 650 and elevators BE 800
• Conveying capacity 400 t / h each
